Announcing the 2025 Survey Raffle Winners

Thanks to all who entered the Gibson’s gift-card raffle!

If you attended or volunteered at the 2025 New Hampshire Book Festival, you may recall that everyone who filled out the survey could choose to enter a raffle for a $50 Gibson’s gift card. We recently picked two winners, and they shared what they’re looking forward to reading this winter.

Volunteer winner Sara M. said, “As an avid reader of mysteries and thrillers, I was looking forward to the Thrills and Chills Panel, and even more so when I learned that Paula Munier would be participating.  I'd read her Mercy Carr series and I'm looking forward to reading book seven, The Snow Lies Deep, which was just published in December. As a volunteer, I had the opportunity to have a brief chat with Ms. Munier about what she has in the works for book 8 in the series!”

“I don't typically read a lot in the romance genre,” Sara added, “but I was charmed by the authors in the Love and Other Disasters Panel and picked up Promise Me Sunshine from Cara Bastone; I'm now planning to read more of Ms. Bastone's backlist!”

And attendee winner Melissa S. shared this: “I’m looking forward to purchasing and reading Heart the Lover by Lily King; The Secret Book Society by Madeline Martin; and The Road to Tender Hearts by Annie Hartnett, who was featured at the Book Festival! Thanks for offering such a wonderful community event, and for all the sponsors and organizations who shared their impact on promoting literacy in our state!”
