Author Applications Now Open

Authors! If you have a traditionally published book coming out in 2026, published between October 4, 2025 and October 4, 2026, consider applying to take part in the 2026 New Hampshire Book Festival.

The festival’s author panels and conversations will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in downtown Concord’s Capitol Center for the Arts and in a dedicated tent on Main Street. We welcome submissions from authors writing for both adults and kids. More details below and on our application page.

The New Hampshire Book Festival features rosters of traditionally published authors in the following categories:

• Adult: Fiction, Nonfiction, Biography, Memoir, Graphic Novels and Memoirs, Poetry

• Children: Picture Books, Middle Grade and Young Adult (fiction and nonfiction), Graphic Novels and Memoirs

We do not feature cookbooks, self-help, activity books, craft books, or guides at this time.
